Important instructions

• Delivery delays and cancellations may occur with pre-orders. This is common in the TCG industry and can be caused by various factors such as: B. high utilization of the printing works or delivery difficulties.
• If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to short-term and/or unforeseen delivery bottlenecks, we reserve the right not to accept the order and therefore the purchase contract. In this case, any payments you may have already made will be refunded.
• Products may be shipped no earlier than 1 day before release. If you receive a shipping confirmation before the product is available, it is because we have already packed your package but have to wait for the shipping day.
• You can cancel your order until you receive the shipping confirmation. After receiving the shipping confirmation, the goods are shipped or on pallets/in roll containers, which means we can no longer stop the shipment.
• You can find all updates about the product in the product description. You can find news about pre-orders on our Instagram page.
• By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree that delivery delays and cancellations may occur. As long as you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, you can cancel your order at any time. If one of the two scenarios applies to your order, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method as quickly as possible. We will of course inform you about all steps in writing (usually by email). This information is also included in our terms and conditions.

Ordering products with different release dates

• If you combine products with different release dates into one order, the entire order will not be shipped until all products are available for delivery.
• You can contact us to receive products individually. The corresponding shipping costs then apply.

Note on Klarna

• We do not recommend Klarna as a payment method for pre-orders. This is because the payment deadline for the order is based on the order date and not the shipping date of the items. This means that in most cases you will have to pay your invoice before receiving the goods.
